Thesis Acknowledgments

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

The Researchers would like to thank our thesis adviser, Ms. Chrisma Bangaoil-Calumpang, for constantly guiding us, sharing her expertise and time despite all our “buggings”. Your insights and criticisms have helped us a lot and made us realize that accepting criticisms is a form of character building. We really appreciate you for helping us in our data gathering.

Next, we would like to thank our panelists, Ma’am Vida and Ma’am Emy for further giving suggestions for the improvement of this paper. To Sir Ferdie for having the patience and understanding in extending the deadlines; To Sir Kliatchko, even if we were not his advisees, he unconditionally gave his time in validating our questionnaire and analyzing our statistical tool.

Much appreciation is extended to Miss Tracy from Siemens Incorporated for allowing us to pilot our study and to all the respondents, acquaintances and friends for making our data gathering possible. Also to the Manong, Kuya Guards of Siemens for making us laugh even if it was 4 A.M.

Thank You to Ate Diablo, Anongs, Lovelite, 7/11, and Ministop for just being there to fill our stomachs in times of stress; To Miranda school supplies store in Asturias for providing us the folders used in the whole duration of the paper; To Blessings and Antonio Photocopying centers for just being our blessings in disguise; and of course, the ever friendly kuyas and ates at Photoprints Dapitan and V.Concepcion for our unendless and discounted printings.

We would also to thank UST-UNICEF Organization room (3N) for allowing us to crash and edit our paper there. Our lives won’t also be the same without the Miguel de Benavidez Library. Thank You also to JSTOR, EBSCO and Emerald Insight for our sources in foreign studies.

Thank you to our family’s undying support and understanding our moody moments. Thank you also for providing us with our financial needs, moral and emotional support. Without you guys this would be nothing.

To the BESWAN family, for being the family away from home.

To each other, Sherwin, Joie and Kris, DESPITE ALL THE MISUNDERSTANDINGS AND MISCOMMUNICATIONS, WE MADE IT AS A TEAM!!!

Lastly, but not the least, to God Almighty for never leaving us in times of our successes and failures not only in this paper but also in our lives.
